On the new Ragin’ CMS template, we have many built-in components that make Louisiana.edu competitive in the modern digital age.
When you’re building in your website, you have two categories of components.
Site Components
We have site components which are pieces that are built into the site and can be pulled into multiple pages.
Site components can then be further separated into two more categories. We have universal components that are created and then can be shared across all sites. And then we have the site specific components which are built for and can only be used on it’s specified site.
Our universal site components include:
- Differentiator Card
- Culture Feature
- Profile
- Organization
Our site-specific site components include:
- News/Story
- Blog & Author
- Landing Page
- General Page
- Program Page
- Program Feature
Page Components
Then we have page components which are pieces that are built right into your pages. Some of these page components are ways of pulling in and featuring site components on your page.
Our page components include:
- Checkerboard
- Differentiator Section
- Profile Summary
- News/Story Feature (Tagged or Curated)
- Accordion
- Questions Section
- Culture Component
- Organization Summary
- Gallery
- Parallax
