Each University site must have at least one ambassador designated to the development and maintenance of that site.
Official Web Ambassadors must be requested either by the lead Web Ambassador for the site or by a leadership member (dean, department head, etc.) for the office or department represented by that site.
Only employees or students at the University can be Web Ambassadors. Outside parties are not allowed access to edit the websites.
