Enrollment verifications may be provided to students, free of charge, by request. Students are to complete a Certification of Information Request Form.
The University provides the following verification/certification options:
- Enrollment Letter - Available for past semesters and after the schedule adjustment period for the current semester.
- Registration Letter - Available prior to the start of the upcoming semester after registration for the semester has been complete.
- Third-Party Form Completion - For completion of forms such as SNAP, insurance, loan company documents, unemployment forms, or other enrollment forms.
Students may also find more information about enrollment/time status requirements, such as full-time and part-time, which may be helpful in verifying enrollment.
