Internships & Work Experience
Hospitality management majors operate an on-campus restaurant called Lunch Club, which includes developing menus, budgeting, managing staff, culinary arts, and guest service. In a separate lab, our students learn food safety and preparation techniques. Through our hospitality management program, all students graduate with 800 hours of industry work experience — plus another 150 hours from internships.
