“The good thing about the small theatre program is they allowed you to do whatever you wanted — it wasn’t a free-for-all, but I’d say like, ‘I want to direct a play,’ and they’d say, OK, how can we support you?’”
“I ended up taking a physical geology course as an elective, and two weeks in I knew I was going to be a geologist. I quickly developed a passion for geology, changed my major and never looked back – college got a lot easier after that, after you’ve found what you’re meant to do.”
“My entire life revolves around creating art, so choosing to study visual arts was a way to give myself new experiences and learning opportunities that would help me improve my skills. My goal is to tell stories through visual art, and UL Lafayette has a great arts program.”
