The University of Louisiana at Lafayette honored faculty March 12 during an annual ceremony for research excellence. Faculty from each college were recognized during the Research Recognition Awards Ceremony at the Student Union.

“This afternoon, we showcase and celebrate the achievements of researchers whose work helps illuminate and advance the human condition,” said Dr. Ramesh Kolluru, vice president for Research, Innovation, and Economic Development during the ceremony. “The individuals we are recognizing today have shown an unwavering commitment to the discovery and dissemination of knowledge, and to the generation of external resources that we need for such pursuits.
