Heart & Hand
Nearly 130,000 people have earned degrees from UL Lafayette since its founding, although their diplomas may bear different school names. SLII became Southwestern Louisiana Institute in 1921. SLI was renamed the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1960. In 1999, USL became the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Payroll Services processes wage and salary payments for faculty, staff, and grad assistants. We also oversee payroll deductions, retirement and insurance contributions, and tax information.
The Office of Purchasing is a centralized resource for faculty and staff to procure goods and services at the maximum value, in compliance with University and State policies and procedures in accordance with best practices.
The Office of Communications and Marketing serves as the marketing strategists and creative team who advances the University’s vision and mission, increase its visibility and elevate its brand and distinctiveness.
