Our Office of Purchasing serves as a centralized resource for faculty and staff to procure goods and services at the maximum value, in compliance with University and State policies and procedures in accordance with best practices.

The Office of Purchasing’s goal is to support administrative, educational, and research missions of the University of Louisiana Lafayette.

We strive to maintain the most efficient operations possible, while adhering to the requirements of the Louisiana Procurement Code, state and federal laws and rules and regulations, as well as to University policy. It is our goal to serve our faculty, staff, and the public in the most timely, economical, and transparent means possible.
