Christie Charles
Biography
Dr. Christie M. Charles is a long-time resident of St. Martinville, Louisiana. She received her bachelor’s degree in 1999 from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and her master’s degree in 2003 from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Dr. Christie earned her Ph.D. in organizational psychology, completing the industrial, organizational, and consultation tracks, from Walden University in 2017. She earned her certification as a life coach through the Life Purpose Institute in 2021.
She is currently a full-time Master Instructor in the Department of Psychology. Along with her over 20 years of teaching experience at UL Lafayette, she has over 25 years of real-world, on-the-job experience. Dr. Christie is the proud leader of the BEETS research lab and the proud CEO and Sole Proprietor of CMC Business & Life Consulting.
