Tropical Storm Bonnie Warning

The University of Louisiana at Lafayette is carefully monitoring Tropical Storm Bonnie as it heads toward the Gulf of Mexico. As of 11 a.m. today, the National Hurricane Center has predicted the storm would make landfall on the Gulf Coast on Sunday.

There are no plans to close the university or cancel any events scheduled on campus.

However, all of the university’s essential personnel should contact their supervisors.
