Olympic History on Display at Dupré Library

Published

In anticipation of the 2004 Summer Olympics, an exhibit covering the international competition is on display at Dupré Library at UL Lafayette throughout August.

Several display cases focus on Louisiana participants, while others present information about Olympic history, politics, security issues and controversies.

Assembled by Beate Kukainis and Letitia Boxie, the exhibit includes books, videos and clippings drawn from the library’s circulating collection and Louisiana archives.

The public is invited to view this free exhibit through the end of August. Call 482-6396 for more information.
