16 students recognized for community service

The University of Louisiana at Lafayette Dean of Community Service David Yarbrough named 16 students as recipients of the Spring 2014 Excellence in Service Award.

The students are all graduating seniors and have verified 200+ hours of University-based community service, according to Yarbrough. Combined, they have a total of 10,322 service hours, representing an estimated $195,000 economic impact to the Lafayette community.
