CajunTRAK Now Available

CajunTRAK, a new program offered by UL Lafayette’s Career Services, is creating a direct link between potential Ragin’ Cajun students and alumni and employers.

The new system, powered through MonsterTRAK, allows employers to post job listings to students and alumni using a secure, efficient and free web-based tool.

CajunTRAK gives employers the power to create, update and edit jobs online, giving them total control over their listings. This feature, which typically costs $30, is being offered free because of UL Lafayette’s partnership with MonsterTRAK. Students and alumni also have free access to this information once they are registered on CajunTRAK.

In addition, students and alumni can take advantage of InterviewTRAK, a recruiting system that publicizes on-campus presentations, information sessions and group meetings. A small fee is required for this service, which also allows students and alumni to submit resumes to companies and schedule interviews.

Anyone interested in taking advantage of CajunTRAK should log on to the UL Lafayette Career Services website at http://careerservices.louisiana.edu. There are on-screen instructions for both employers and UL Lafayette students and alumni.

Once registered on CajunTRAK, participants can register for InterviewTRAK by visiting the Career Services office in the Conference Center on Rex Street.

For any additional questions regarding registration or using the system, call Career Services at 482-1444.
