Jiaxin Jin

Dr. Jin joined the Department of Mathematics as an assistant professor in August 2024. He received his B.S. in Mathematics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2014, his M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015, and his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2021. Prior to joining UL Lafayette, he served as a Zassenhaus Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at The Ohio State University.
