This is a routine test of the U L Lafayette Emergency Notification System. This is only a test. If this had been an actual emergency, you would have been informed as to the nature and location of the event and advised of precautions or safety measures.

Department

The UL Lafayette Police Department provides peace, safety, and security to people and places affiliated with the UL Lafayette campus.

The police department is conveniently located on Hebrard Boulevard in Bittle Hall and operates 24 hours every day throughout the entire year. The UL Lafayette Police Department maintains a close working relationship with other area law enforcement agencies, criminal justice components, and all university administrative departments.
