Giovanni Solinas trained as an Actor and Director at the Accademia Internazionale di Teatro in Rome. He has collaborated with internationally renowned artists and pedagogues such as Vladimir Olshansky, Marco Luly, and Michele Monetta, specializing with Carlo Boso in Commedia dell'Arte at the Académie Internationale Des Arts Du Specacle in Versailles, France.

As an actor, he performed on numerous stages of different theaters and festivals in Europe, such as the Venice Carnival and the International Commedia dell'Arte Festival in Nice.
He is a founding member of the theatre company ParadoXa Teatro, producing shows for which he also takes care of the dramaturgy. For years now, he's been teaching and sharing his passion for the Commedia dell'Arte art, as well as teaching Lecoq's clown techniques.
