Rates apply to housing only. These rates are listed per student, per semester, and go on the student fee bill each semester.

What's Included:

  • All utilities (electricity, water, sewage, trash)
  • Internet service
  • Campus PO box: The resident must request a PO Box through the Post Office located in the Student Union

What's Not Included:

Community Service Option

If you would like to complete community service work for the Office of University Housing & Residential Life to reduce your current fine(s), please complete our community service request form.

Note: This program is only available for fines under $100 and does not cover situations requiring the purchase of repair materials.
