Legacy Park is an on-campus residential community exclusively for upperclassmen that offers an independent lifestyle still well within reach of everything UL Lafayette has to offer.
Available as a private or shared one-bedroom, two-or-three-bedroom layout with a bathroom, Legacy Park apartments offer amenities that feel just like home—with a spirit of independence. Each unit has a full-service kitchen, a washer/dryer combination, and a private patio or balcony.
Legacy Park is a gated community with well-lit sidewalks and easy access to campus. Girard Park sits across the street, providing ample space for activities and exercise, as well as front-row access to many festivals and celebrations.
Students must have 30 or more credit hours and have lived on campus for 2 semesters to be eligible to live in Legacy Park.
