University College is officially online!

Congratulations to the wonderful web ambassadors in University College! Their new site, universitycollege.louisiana.edu, marks the final phase of their transition to a new name. Gif of Meryl Streep and Jennifer Lopez cheering and clapping

Quick background: The office formerly known as University College is now known as University Connection. The college formerly known as College of General Studies is now University College, and it is home to the University Honors Program and Department of Special Services. Read more about the name change.

After some tricky domain name issues, we were able to shuffle around the URLs and assign them to the correct sites. Now, University Connection's URL is universityconnection.louisiana.edu. University College is universitycollege.louisiana.edu.

University College offers unique programs, and our web ambassadors' passion for their programs really came through when we were developing content. Personally, I am so excited that they have a web presence that helps showcase the great things they're doing.

So let's give them a round of applause for a successful launch. Great work, University College!

The photo library is back!

It's been out of commission for a little while, but now it's back: the photo library!

With the updates that happened today, our webmaster was able to fix some bugs and get the photo library back up and running for every site.
