College of the Arts launches new websites

The University of Louisiana at Lafayette’s College of the Arts has launched a newly redesigned website and refreshed sites for each school.

The new digital presence reflects years of planning, collaboration, and a shared commitment to telling the College’s story in a compelling, student-centered way.

What’s New

The updated websites were informed by years of analytics, including the most visited pages and visitors' actions. Key enhancements include:

  • A more accurate and engaging narrative of the College, its schools, and programs
  • A student-centered, recruitment-focused approach
  • Elevated calls to action and streamlined navigation
  • A mobile-first design for a seamless experience across devices
  • An updated visual identity that reflects the creativity and excellence of the College of the Arts

A Collaborative Effort

Launching the new College of the Arts website marks the first step in an ongoing process. The sites will continue to evolve, with updates and improvements guided by feedback and the needs of students, faculty, and staff.

What’s Next

Web ambassador training will begin soon, empowering representatives from each school to manage content updates directly. In the meantime, edits and requests will be routed through each school’s director and web ambassador before being submitted to the web team for implementation.

The new sites are just the beginning of a long-term effort to keep the College’s digital presence accurate, engaging, and student-focused. With the launch, the College of the Arts is better positioned to share its story, showcase its programs, and connect with future students across Louisiana and beyond.

The web team will begin on the next college and its departments/schools shortly.
