Partner with UL Lafayette's Department of Marketing: bring a business question to our students, host an intern, or support our sales program.
Our students learn marketing by practicing it in the community, and our programs are shaped by the businesses and organizations that partner with us.
Bring Us a Business Question
Every semester, students in Marketing Research (MKTG 375) design and carry out research studies for local businesses and nonprofits. As a client, you'll share a real marketing question, such as how customers see your brand or whether there's demand for a new product, and students will collect and analyze the data and present their recommendations to you.
Interested in becoming a client? Email marketing@louisiana.edu with a short description of your organization and your question.
Internships
Want to host a marketing intern, or have a question about internships? Contact the Moody Business Internship Program, which works with employers and students across every business major.
Partnering With Industry
Business leaders across Acadiana support our students through the Northwestern Mutual Sales and Research Lab, as advisory board members, sponsors of our student sales teams, and partners in sales role plays. Our faculty also lead the Louisiana Entrepreneurship and Economic Development (LEED) Center, which helps entrepreneurs, businesses, and rural communities across Louisiana with planning, product development, and marketing.
