Are you a UL Lafayette faculty member teaching abroad? Are you considering the possibility of teaching abroad?
Spend anywhere from 10 days to 6 weeks abroad with your students.
All full-time UL Lafayette faculty members (excluding graduate students) are eligible to teach abroad through our Study Abroad Programs. Non-full-time faculty members, such as adjuncts teaching during the Fall and Spring semesters, may also be considered in exceptional cases, but their participation is subject to approval by Academic Affairs.
Faculty are encouraged to be creative in their course offerings, using the location as a basis for your courses. You may propose any course you are currently qualified and allowed to teach in your department, but the Department Head and Dean's approval is required for all courses. There are also possibilities for cross-listings, including Honors and Humanities, with the permission of the directors of those programs.
Please review the Faculty-Led Study Abroad Presentation before submitting your application.
