Lunch Club
Lunch Club is our student-run restaurant on the second floor of Hamilton Hall. Senior hospitality management students run every part of the operation, from developing menus and budgets to cooking, managing staff, and serving guests, rotating through positions over the semester as part of the Applied Food Service Management course.
Food Preparation Lab
In our food preparation lab, hospitality management students learn food safety and preparation techniques in dedicated kitchen units, building the foundation for Lunch Club and for national certifications like ServSafe.
PLRM Oil Well Lease
Our professional land and resource management program manages its own oil well lease in Iberia Parish, giving students real landman experience before they graduate.
