Freshman Orientation is an exciting milestone in your college journey!
At Freshman Orientation you'll be provided with the information you need to transition to our campus successfully. Because of the importance of this information, all first-time freshmen are required to attend one of our New Student Orientation programs.
During Orientation, you will:
- Meet with your college dean and members of our faculty
- Meet other incoming students
- Learn about university resources
- Discuss important transition topics
- Meet with an academic advisor
- Register for classes
Members of our Student Orientation Staff will guide you through your New Student Orientation experience, helping you understand what it means to be a true Ragin' Cajun.
