Earning your Cancer Registry Management Post-Baccalaureate Certificate will allow you to build on your knowledge and experience as a healthcare professional to become a cancer registrar. You will also be eligible to take the Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) certification exam upon successful completion of this program.

Program Requirements
Students must have completed 12 hours in medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology I, human anatomy II or medical science, and healthcare technology before beginning Cancer Registry Management course work. Individuals with a baccalaureate degree in any field will be accepted once they complete these requirements.
To apply, you'll need to take these steps:
- Create an account in the application portal
- Choose "Create a New Application" under "My Applications"
- Click "Start a new Undergraduate Admissions Application"
- Under "Admission Type" and "Student Type," select "Non-Degree"
- Select "Post-Baccalaureate Certificate - Cancer Registry Management" under "Academic Program"
- Select your desired entry term and submit.
To earn your certificate and become eligible to take the Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) exam, you must complete 21 credit hours as part of the post-baccalaureate certificate curriculum, including a supervised practicum.

Tuition is set at a flat-rate, $380 per credit for online students.
Because courses in this program will only be available online, the program may not be available to all applicants. The University of Louisiana at Lafayette and its online programs must be in compliance in every state where a student is located. International students also may not be eligible. According to U.S. immigration regulations, F-1 students cannot pursue online degrees; international students in other visa categories (i.e., H-4, L2) are exempt from this restriction.
