Faculty & Staff Parking

Faculty and staff members will be allowed to register their vehicles online or at the Office of Transportation Services prior to the beginning of each fall semester.

Annual parking permits for 2025-2026 for full-time faculty and staff members will be available starting Friday, Aug. 1. Any annual permit purchased after Aug. 1, 2024, will expire on Thursday, Aug. 14, 2025. Fall semester permits for adjuncts will be available starting Tuesday, Aug. 5.

All employees must have a permit to park on University property. Warnings for expired permits will be issued Aug. 18-22.

Faculty and staff are allowed two vehicle registrations per permit with only one vehicle being on campus at any one time. An additional vehicle may be temporarily added to a permit if the registered vehicles are not available. Please contact our office for assistance.

All vehicles parked on campus must park with a license plate facing the aisle. Please refer to the Traffic Code.

More Registration Information

  • If you are on a waitlist, you should purchase the permit you had for the previous academic year. You will receive an email later if you are eligible to transfer your permit to another zone. Do not wait to purchase your permit because your name is on a waitlist.
  • Employees interested in purchasing a 2025 Fall semester permit in the Girard Park Circle Parking Garage, please note this permit will be available to purchase starting at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 5. All other annual permits will be available for purchase at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 1.

  • If you've changed your license plate information, it is your responsibility to update this in your account. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our office and we will be glad to help.
