Learn about UL Lafayette's College of Nursing and Health Sciences, home of the LHC Group • Myers School of Nursing and the Department of Health Sciences.

Established in 1951, the College of Nursing and Health Sciences is home to one of the largest nursing programs in the U.S. and is a major source of the region's health care workforce. We offer undergraduate programs in nursing, health information management, health services administration, and pre-dental hygiene, along with master's and doctoral programs in nursing.

The reputation of our graduates is known throughout Louisiana and the southern United States. Pass rates for our nursing and health information management graduates are consistently well above state and national averages on the exams required for entry into practice, and health care institutions recruit our graduates at every level.
