Health Information Management and Pre-Dental Hygiene
Apply through UL Lafayette's standard undergraduate application. Once you're admitted, you can declare your major.
- Health information management: There's no additional admission requirement, but you'll need a 2.5 cumulative GPA to enter the junior year. Review progression requirements.
- Pre-dental hygiene: You'll apply separately to a dental hygiene bachelor's program when you're ready to transfer. See how the transfer path works.

Health Services Administration (Online)
Apply through UL Lafayette Online. Admission requirements for first-time freshmen, transfer students, and re-entry students are on the online program page.

Cancer Registry Management Certificate
If you hold a bachelor's degree in any field, you'll be accepted once you complete 12 hours of prerequisite coursework.
