Louisiana Center for Health Innovation
The Louisiana Center for Health Innovation (LCHI), part of UL Lafayette's Informatics Research Institute, transforms health care through research, education, and strategic collaboration. The center harnesses data science to drive innovation, improve patient and community outcomes, and build a future-ready health care workforce for Louisiana and beyond.
LCHI brings together faculty from computer science, health informatics, nursing, and other fields with full-time research professionals, and health information management majors are among its undergraduate researchers.
