- Health information management and pre-dental hygiene: Apply through UL Lafayette's undergraduate application, then declare your major.
- Health services administration: Apply through UL Lafayette Online for the 100% online bachelor's degree.
- Cancer Registry Management certificate: Apply through UL Lafayette Online once you hold a bachelor's degree and have completed 12 hours of prerequisite coursework.
Pay for Your Education
Explore financial aid and university-wide scholarships, plus scholarships for health information management majors in their final year. Online students pay a flat per-credit-hour rate.
