2026 Spring Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Senior Exhibitions

The University of Louisiana at Lafayette’s School of Visual Arts is proud to present the 2026 Spring Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Senior Exhibitions, showcasing the capstone work of graduating seniors. The exhibitions will be held in the Fletcher Hall Gallery (Room 207), with two separate exhibitions:

BFA Exhibition I: April 13 – April 21, 2026

Opening Reception: Tuesday, April 13, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM

BFA Exhibition II: April 23 – May 1, 2026

Opening Reception: Thursday, April 23, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM

Graduating visual arts majors spend two semesters in dedicated studio courses, focusing on independent research, professional skill-building, and career preparation. This rigorous program culminates in the creation of a cohesive body of work, which will be displayed in the BFA Senior Exhibition.

The Fletcher Hall Gallery is located on the second floor of Fletcher Hall, Room 207, at 421 East Lewis Street, Lafayette, LA 70504. The exhibition is free and open to the public during the following gallery hours:

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The School of Visual Arts at UL Lafayette offers a professional Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with concentrations in various traditional and contemporary disciplines, including animation and computer arts, ceramics, graphic design, media arts, metalwork and jewelry, painting, photography, printmaking, and sculpture. Additionally, an art education program is available in partnership with the College of Education.
