The Counseling & Testing Center offers psycho-educational groups and support groups to university students.

These are tailored to the unique needs of a specific group in an effort to enhance your abilities to complete your college experience. Please contact our office for more information.

Decision-Making Groups

Do you find yourself making poor decisions? Have you been involved in a situation where better decision-making skills could have changed the outcome? Are you being referred by the Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities for decision-making?

Time Management, Study Skills & ADHD Groups

Are you struggling with paying attention in class? Not sure how to study? Are you struggling with completing tasks, time management, missing deadlines, and/or having trouble with keeping your grades up? Are you being referred by a physician or professor? Have you been diagnosed with ADHD?
