Counseling is a process where someone asks for help due to problems of an emotional nature from a professional who is trained in counseling.
We have professionals at the UL Lafayette Counseling & Testing Center who can help you seek therapy to cope with the problem, and to mature and learn more about yourself. As a student, faculty, or staff member at UL Lafayette, you have access to counseling services free of charge at the Counseling & Testing Center.

Upon completion, you will be provided with results and recommended next steps related to your self-reported mood/behavioral patterns. Contact our office to schedule an appointment if you’d like to further discuss your symptoms & recommendations for treatment.
