Payroll Services

Payroll services provides accurate and timely payments to employees within the guidelines and rules of the University, Civil Service, Teachers' Retirement System, Fair Labor Standards, and the Internal Revenue Service.

To achieve timely and uninterrupted payments, direct deposit is mandatory for all employees. Graduate Assistants are not required to have direct deposit but are encouraged to participate.
 
Employees can view their pay information such as pay stubs, salary, job title, leave balances, and  W2 tax documents in ULink.

Time Entry

Request leave, submit timesheets, and approve employee timesheets using Banner Time Entry, located in ULink.
