Book Your Move-In Appointment

Once you confirm your housing assignment, your next step is to schedule a Move-In Appointment.

We will assign your move-in day, and you'll be able to choose an appointment time on that day. Follow the instructions in the Housing Portal carefully and be sure to complete all steps in the process; your answers must be fully submitted for your appointment to be recorded.

Important Notes:

  • Group Move-In Programs: If you are part of a group or program with a pre-scheduled move-in (such as SOUL Camp A or B, Band, Athletics, LIFE, etc.), you do not need to book a move-in appointment. Your move-in details have been coordinated by your Program Coordinator. Please contact them directly for your assigned date and time.
  • Deadline: The deadline to schedule your Move-In Appointment is July 31, 2026.
If you do not schedule by the deadline, the Office of University Housing will assign a move-in time for you.
  • Arrival Policy: You must arrive at your check-in location at your scheduled appointment time only. This helps reduce traffic and ensures a smoother check-in experience for everyone.

As Move-In approaches, you'll receive detailed instructions via your University email, including hall-specific unloading zones and parking maps. Be sure to check your email regularly to stay up to date.

Note on Recruitment: Sorority and fraternity recruitment will take place after classes begin. Students participating in recruitment should move in during their selected Move-In appointment as scheduled.
