Panorama is an accessibility tool that integrates with Moodle to identify, rate, and improve the accessibility of course content. It provides real-time accessibility indicators, alternative formats for students, and automated reports that can help you resolve issues efficiently.
Through Panorama, you can access:
- Real-time accessibility gauges for files, pages, and courses
- Automated detection of accessibility issues with prioritized recommendations
- On-demand alternative formats (HTML, audio, ePub, Braille, Immersive Reader, etc.)
- Smart remediation tools for fixing common issues directly in the LMS
- Course-level and institution-level accessibility reports and dashboards
- Support for PDFs, Word, PowerPoint, images, and LMS-native content
- Batch remediation and version tracking for updated content

ODL 120: Designing Accessible Courses is one of many faculty development courses offered by The Office of Distance Learning for all UL Lafayette faculty members.
ODL 120 provides an overview of accessibility requirements as well as practical solutions for making course materials accessible. Faculty earn a certificate upon completing all course activities and passing all quizzes.
