Ordering & Purchasing (Spring Grad Expo)

When: Tuesday, February 24, 2026, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Where: Alumni Center, 600 E St. Mary Blvd, Lafayette, LA 70503

NOTE: It takes about 30-45 minutes to walk through the event. 
There will be a Grad Expo for Fall 2026 Graduation Candidates. 

Cap & Gown

All candidates are required to wear the University-approved custom cap and gown. You will not be permitted to participate in the Commencement ceremonies without the proper University-approved attire.

Bachelor & Master's will be able to purchase and leave with your cap & gown at Grad Expo. Please note that acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit. Payments CANNOT be accepted over the phone.

Personalized Announcements 

  • Orders can be placed at Expo or online.
    • Delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks. 

Louisiana Ring 

  • Orders can be placed at Expo or online.
    • In order to receive them at the Spring Ring Ceremony, orders must be placed by February 24.
