The University of Louisiana at Lafayette's Marine Survival Training Center (MSTC) is a premier institution dedicated to equipping personnel from the petroleum, aviation, and maritime industries with essential emergency response skills. Since its establishment in 1988, MSTC has trained over 500,000 students, emphasizing hands-on experience with lifesaving equipment. ​
