The Ragin' Cajun Resiliency Plan Task Force will assess scenarios and create a plan for students to return to campus safely in Fall 2020. Students should check their University email and this website for information about living and dining on campus.
Will I have to wear a mask in the residence halls?
Anyone entering a residence hall/apartment building (including residents) must wear a mask while in public/common spaces. Visit the Office of University Housing and Residental Life's website for details.
How will you ensure rooms are clean?
Custodian staff will be going into the suites to clean bathrooms on a scheduled basis. This schedule will be posted in the rooms so residents can be aware and remain in their rooms or not be in the suite during these scheduled cleanings. Students will be notified before maintenance is done in the suite/bedroom.
Residents should bring their own cleaning supplies to clean bedrooms. Visit the Office of University Housing and Residental Life's website for details.
How many people will be assigned to a room?
No more than two residents will share a bathroom or bedroom. There will be no triples or quads.
What will move-in look like this fall?
To promote the health and safety of students, families, and our staff, there have been several adjustments to the move-in process. Visit the Office of University Housing and Residential Life's website for details.

Campus Food Services has a limited number of masks to give to patrons visiting dining establishments. Directional signage has been added to floors and information is posted on entrances regarding social distancing, PPE, and seating. Please follow these guidelines to keep everyone safe.
