UL Lafayette COVID-19 Dashboard
UL Lafayette is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. The University continues to follow the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as state and local health officials.
What it Shows
The University’s interactive data dashboard houses all publicly available COVID-19 information. The data provided includes:
- Confirmed Faculty/Staff: Positive test results submitted to Human Resources
- Confirmed Students: Positive test results from UL Lafayette's Student Health Services and Department of Athletics, and those submitted by student workers to Human Resources
- Self-Reported Students: Positive test results from off-campus health care providers submitted by students to the Dean of Students
How it Works
Multiple data sources feed into the University’s dashboard. It is updated by 5 p.m. daily to reflect the previous day’s cases. Those reported between Friday and Sunday are posted the following Monday.
There are times when cases must be retroactively added due to a gap between when test results were reported and when data was shared with the University. Self-reported student cases were added to the dashboard on Oct. 21, 2020.
