Submit Your Transcripts & Test Scores

Before we can review your application for admission, you must submit your transcripts and/or test scores, depending on which transfer admissions requirements you must meet.

Submit College Transcripts

Contact the Registrar's Office at all institutions you attended before applying to UL Lafayette. Ask them to email or mail your transcripts directly to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

If you are currently taking classes at another university, you can submit your current transcript and we’ll review it for initial eligibility. Submit your final official transcript when you have completed your current classes. To be considered official, transcripts must be sent directly to our office from the university/college.

Submit High School Transcripts

Contact the administrative offices at your high school and ask them to email or mail your transcripts directly to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

Submit Official Test Scores

If you have fewer than 24 credits to transfer to UL Lafayette, you must submit your official test scores to the University.

Log in to your student account on the SAT or ACT websites to send your scores to UL Lafayette’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions:

  • UL Lafayette’s ACT test code: 1612
  • UL Lafayette’s SAT test code: 6672
