SPEAKER SERIES FOR SPANISH, LATIN AMERICAN STUDIES KICKS OFF
 
Dr. Mark Lentz, history instructor at UL Lafayette, will be the first speaker in a series on Spanish and Latin American studies. He will present “Two Millennia of Maya Writing: A Record of Survival,” on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in room 215, Griffin Hall.

Other showcases this fall include presentations by Dr. Alejandro Cortazar on Oct. 15, Dr. Dorota Henegan on Nov. 4 and Dr. Joe Ricapito on Nov. 17.
