| HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH CELEBRATED AT UL LAFAYETTE |

| The University of Louisiana at Lafayette will be celebrating Latin American and Hispanic cultures on Thursday. From 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., free food and music will be available on the Student Union porch next to Cypress Lake. The documentary “Made in L.A.” will be shown at 1 p.m. in the Student Union’s Bayou Bijou Theater followed by a discussion led by UL Lafayette Professor Hector LaSala. The documentary is an intimate portrait of recent immigrants to the United States. The event is part of Hispanic Heritage Month.
